If you want to improve your English you should make simply things like:
Practice hard your grammar, listening and your pronunciation.
You should spend a part of your afternoon to practice your pronunciation and your listening, you can listen to music, watch movies and practice with your partners. This way your English going to be better.
....And when you're in your classroom, don't forget to bring your dictionary this way you find unknown words!!!
